Position: Business Development Executive Intern 

As a Business Development Executive Intern, you will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to uncover new business prospects, establish connections with potential clients, and contribute to the implementation of our growth strategy. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in business development while playing a key role in the expansion of a fast-growing company.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in pinpointing prospective clients and target market segments.

• Perform market research to collect insights on industry trends and customer needs.

• Aid in the creation and delivery of presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.

• Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database.

• Engage in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups to develop and sustain relationships.

• Work closely with the marketing team to create content and execute campaigns.

• Help in evaluating sales data and compiling reports for the management team.

• Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development team as necessary.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning.

• Basic knowledge of the engineering or AEC industry is advantageous.

• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Position : Senior RC Detailer 

Job Overview:
As a Senior RC Detailer, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and schedules for reinforced concrete structures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant standards and client specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in RC detailing on UK projects, be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and CADS RC, and possess a thorough understanding of British Standards (BS codes).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce detailed RC drawings and reinforcement schedules for various structural elements using AutoCAD, Revit, and CADS RC software.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure drawings meet project requirements and are delivered on time.

• Review and check drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with British Standards (BS codes).

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the drawings.

• Maintain and update all project documentation and records.

• Ensure adherence to company standards, quality control procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in RC detailing for UK-based projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and CADS RC.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with British Standards (BS codes) for reinforced concrete design.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience in mentoring or supervising junior team members is a plus.
